Late afternoon on the 27 February 2023 we received a call asking if we would be willing to provide a leopard of a year old with a temporary home until she could be safely released. We are always willing to assist with these rosetted beauties!
On the 31st of March it was her time to shine. She was darted and health checked by Dr P Bartel who gave her the all clear to be released. She was treated for ticks and fleas with Frontline- Boehringer Ingelheim and then safely transported by Nature Conservation to a safe area in the North-West.
Yet again another great effort and awesome teamwork from conservationists – team work makes the dream work.
Run free girl, stay safe out there!!
